 Job Description Job Description: (Manager – Networking) A Network Engineer is involved in the design and maintenance of both the hardware and software necessary for a computer network. They are high level technical analysts with a specialty in Local Area Networks (LANs) or Wide Area Networks (WANs). •He has to provide the support all across India. •A strong data networking knowledgebase. •Training has to be given to the Team Members all across India. •Allocating network resources and providing technical support to users. •Monitoring the use of the web by employees. •Ensuring that hardware and OS systems are maintained. •Installing and supporting new server hardware and OS infrastructure. Candidate Profile: •Full understanding of IP routing protocols, Working knowledge of Internet Technology. •Hands on experience deploying and supporting Cisco network technologies, including routers, switches, and autonomous wireless access points. •Experience with Frame Relay, ATM, MPLS technologies or platforms. •Ability to troubleshoot complex network problems including using sniffers and packet capture analysis. •Ability to interface with service providers and on site personnel and direct them as needed.Formal incident, change and problem management exp.
